•  All payments shall be made in favor of “M/S Manish Buildwell Private Limited” payable at New Delhi/ Gurgaon.
•  Amount received is subject to realization of Cheque/ Demand Draft.
•  The Company shall not accept any third party Cheque/ RTGS towards the payment/ remittance on behalf of the Applicant(s).
•  Stamp duty, Registration/ Administrative charges, Legal and Documentation Charges, Service tax/other applicable taxes, statutory dues and other
charges etc. as may be applicable are to be borne by the intending Allottee(s) and shall be charged additionally over and above the Sale
Consideration.
•  TDS of 1% shall be applicable in case the value of immovable property is equal to or exceeds Rs.50 lakh w.e.f. 01.06.2013 based on the
amendment of new section 194-IAin the Income Tax Act, 1961. Therefore you are requested to remit/deposit the necessary TDS liability for the
installment(s) /payment(s) /(property with consideration to pay in installments).
